5. 0:11Together, we will learn and take the journey in Sirat al-Mustaqim "The Straight Path"
6. 0:17What is "Sirat al-Mustaqim" that we pray to Allah in
7. 0:20every Rak'ah, in every Surah Al-Fatiha to guide us to it?
8. 0:24We will go step by step, station by station,
9. 0:28drawing a map, so that there is clarity in the vision
10. 0:32so that we know where we are, and where we're going.
11. 0:36And how do we get to the ultimate goal and purpose that Allah set up for us?
12. 0:41But this will not be possible, unless all the believers come together
13. 0:46and join one another in this journey.
14. 0:50Because after all, in Surah Al-Fatiha,
15. 0:53all the words are in the plural tense.
16. 0:57"Guide us" not "Guide me"
17. 0:59"The Path of those You have blessed"
18. 1:01not "The Path of whom You have blessed"
19. 1:03he so requires all of us to come together
20. 1:05I ask Allah SWT that He gives us the chance
21. 1:10to stay alive, Insha'Allah, to the beginning of the month of Ramadan,
22. 1:14to witness it to the end, to witness another Laylat al-Qadr "Night of Power"
23. 1:19and to make Duaa "prayer" for the Ummah "nation",
24. 1:22and especially for our brothers and sisters in Palestine and in Gaza
25. 1:26May Allah alleviate the oppression on them
26. 1:30and give them his outmost mercy.
