Certified Mentor
At age 16 to 18, Senior Mentors have completed advanced training in mentorship and personal development within the Tawasaw program. They take on a central role in guiding Adventurers and Pioneers.
Certified Mentors receive formal certification in leadership, equipping them with the skills to mentor effectively, work within teams, and contribute meaningfully to the community.
What is expected
- Junior and Certified Mentors are expected to lead with sincerity, compassion, and responsibility while continuing to develop their own character, leadership, and connection to their faith. Through mentorship, they help create a positive and welcoming environment where students can learn, grow, and thrive together.
