Certified Mentor
At age 16–18, Senior Mentors have completed advanced training in mentorship and personal development within the Tawasaw program. They take on a central role in guiding Adventurers and Pioneers.
Certified Mentors receive formal certification in leadership, equipping them with the skills to mentor effectively, work within teams, and contribute meaningfully to the community.
