Junior Mentor

At age 13–15, Junior Mentors begin stepping into the role of guiding others while continuing their own learning and development. Under the supervision of Legacy Mentors, Junior Mentors support Adventurers and Pioneers.

At this stage, they are both learners and leaders—growing in responsibility, confidence, and character while being mentored themselves as part of Tawasaw’s continuous chain of guidance.
