Junior Mentor

At age 13 to 15, Junior Mentors begin stepping into the role of guiding others while continuing their own learning and development. Under the supervision of Legacy Mentors, Junior Mentors support Adventurers and Pioneers.

At this stage, they are both learners and leaders, growing in responsibility, confidence, and character while being mentored themselves as part of Tawasaw’s continuous chain of guidance.

What is expected

  • Junior and Certified Mentors are expected to lead with sincerity, compassion, and responsibility while continuing to develop their own character, leadership, and connection to their faith. Through mentorship, they help create a positive and welcoming environment where students can learn, grow, and thrive together.
