3 moments mention “Prayer”:

  1. Assalamu alaikum.
  2. And welcome back to our Ramadan series about Azeroth and Masterpiece.
  3. And today we will tackle another resource as a loss panel.
  4. Tyler, give us four resources, all essential
  5. and important to accomplish the mission.
  6. Today's resource is our health.
  7. One of the most beautiful things I heard in my life is that health
  8. is a crown on the head of healthy people.
  9. Only sick people see it.
  10. Most of us do not appreciate the health at a loss panos Allah has given to us.
  11. We don't maintain it well.
  12. We think it's going to be there forever
  13. like that only to regret later on.
  14. But if we pay attention to allies guidance, Hannah Wojtyla in his book
  15. and through the example of the Prophets, a Lombardi will sell them.
  16. We will live a very productive, healthy life.
  17. One of the things that my grandmother used to say, health
  18. is your capital, not money.
  19. If you're healthy, you can make money as much as you want.
  20. If you don't have health, how can you do anything?
  21. As we will discover that health is not only a physical thing
  22. that has mental health, spiritual health,
  23. emotional health, economic and financial health and physical health.
  24. Even though the focus of this episode is on your physical health,
  25. it's important to know that there are some people
  26. that they don't enjoy a healthy body sometimes their entire life.
  27. Yet we find them, that they teach us a lesson about strength.
  28. When you watch the Paralympics or you watch people who have been born
  29. with some physical challenge, then they make up their mind
  30. that they will not let this challenge
  31. stop them from accomplishing whatever they want in life.
  32. My dear brothers and sisters, we find that this body also mentions it
  33. a lot in alcohol and nicotine and mentions the gifts that he gave to that body.
  34. As we said before, a lot gifted us hearing,
  35. seeing the five senses,
  36. smelling, touching, tasting.
  37. So, Pamela, and these things, not only they give us information
  38. to analyze where we are, but they also give us feelings
  39. and give us joy when we taste something sweet.
  40. It gives us a voice of Hannah.
  41. And it is one of the joys that a lot put in this world.
  42. When you look at how much a subtle loss of Lulu Salem
  43. was focused on this issue of physical health, it will surprise you
  44. after every solar the profits of the lot who Salem will say alcohol mafia.
  45. Iffy. Bethany Aloha. Mafia.
  46. If you send me a local mafia, if you busari, you are a law.
  47. Give me the state of safety and well-being
  48. in my body, in my hearing, in my sight.
  49. As we grow older, these are the three things we either start
  50. losing our hearing sends or we start needing glasses or we start getting sick.
  51. So. Pamela But the prophets and the of Salem
  52. was so smart that he asked for the state of prevention.
  53. I want our fear.
  54. I fear is the state of well-being and prevention from sickness and from illness.
  55. My dear brother and sisters, in our faith, there are instructions
  56. that a loss of Allah through the faith they are embedded in uninsured
  57. that enable us to enjoy a healthy life.
  58. Number one, the prophets of the lowly were seldom
  59. way of eating and sleeping.
  60. How many of us heard them?
  61. Beautiful hadith that says it is enough
  62. that the son of Adam, the man and woman, the human.
  63. It's enough for them to eat few bites that keeps their back street.
  64. When the prophets of the light of Salem said.
  65. But if you really, really want to eat one third for the food,
  66. one third for water, one third for air, our mother,
  67. I shall be alone, her says the first bidder in Islam.
  68. Imagine this the first bidder
  69. was filling up your stomach at the time of the prophets.
  70. The low Salem people did not eat
  71. to fill up their stomach just enough to stop the hunger.
  72. And that's why they were active and healthy.
  73. The Prophet, similarly, was seldom
  74. when he visited once a hobby and he asked him, What do you do?
  75. He said, I wake up all night praying on a fast all day.
  76. The prophets of malaria seldom told him, Don't do that.
  77. Your body has a right upon you.
  78. Your wife has a right upon you.
  79. Your eyes have a right upon you and a law has a right upon you.
  80. So give everyone his due. Right.
  81. So, Pamela, so even the man was fasting and praying all night.
  82. The Prophet asked him to give his right.
  83. So there is a right of our bodies on us because it is a gift.
  84. You know, people I hear them, they say, this is my body.
  85. I can do to it whatever I want.
  86. I tell them, no, this is the body that Allah gave to you
  87. and you cannot do to it whatever you want in our faith,
  88. it is forbidden to harm our bodies in any way, shape or form.
  89. And that's why the second way of preserving our health
  90. is actually to stay away from Haram.
  91. If you notice what is haram, it is that which is harmful
  92. to you, to your body in any way, shape or form.
  93. That is haram.
  94. Specifically the major things that Allah mentioned eating pork,
  95. drinking alcohol, eating or drinking blood as they used to make soup out of it
  96. in the days of jihad, eating a dead animal,
  97. eating an animal that is supposed to eat grass.
  98. If he ate from a garbage or eat from another animal,
  99. you cannot eat from it till it goes through the purity.
  100. What do we call that?
  101. The entire Islamic system of halal and haram
  102. revolves around your physical health in one of its aspects.
  103. It also revolves around your mental health, your emotional health,
  104. your spiritual health, alcohol.
  105. They call it the mother of all sins, because when you drink,
  106. you lose your mind.
  107. Now you could beat someone and you don't know that you're beating them.
  108. You could kill someone through driving or other ways.
  109. And you don't know.
  110. You could hurt the baby that you're carrying
  111. in your womb as a mother and you don't know that you're doing that.
  112. It's the mother of all evil. Why?
  113. Because it takes your mental health away.
  114. It makes you slave and dependent through addiction to alcohol or drugs.
  115. Drugs are also forbidden in Islam because now you're dependent
  116. on a substance that a law wants you to be dependent only on him.
  117. So, Hannah Watada, and when you look at that design
  118. of the forbidden things, it's a major way to take care of our health.
  119. The third way in Islam is prevention is better than treatment.
  120. The prophets of the law of Salem said.
  121. If you hear of a village that a fever spread, which means a plague,
  122. which we called pandemic, and we have just been done
  123. with the largest pandemic in the history of mankind.
  124. If you hit in a village that there is a pandemic town, city, don't go to it.
  125. And if you are in, don't leave it.
  126. This is quarantines of Hannelore to stop the spread of the disease.
  127. The prophet similarly was seldom one time one from beneath
  128. a people wanted to come and declare their dean declared
  129. their Islam on behalf of themselves and the entire tribe.
  130. The prophets la la
  131. Salem was told that that person has a contagious disease, a prophet.
  132. Similarly, Salem told him, Stay where you are.
  133. I have accepted your pledge of Imaan and faith.
  134. What do you call that?
  135. Prevention is better than treatment.
  136. There's so many prevention in Islam, but if a person tries to prevent
  137. and then they fall sick, you don't say to the person
  138. in front of you, I became sick because of you.
  139. If it hit you, it hit you because that was a lost destiny to you,
  140. not because someone gave it to you.
  141. So we do our best for prevention, but if it happens to us,
  142. we don't blame someone else for it, we just accept it.
  143. And we say, Alhamdulillah, the fourth way that is embedded
  144. in Islam to take care of your health and preserve you is the breaks that a lot
  145. put in the deen in the teachings of Islam and in the laws.
  146. When you look that a lot told us in the Koran that if it's the month of Ramadan
  147. and we are fasting, but then we're traveling
  148. or we become sick, that we can take a break from fasting.
  149. Because if you look at traveling at the time of the prophecy, Lollapalooza
  150. in the middle of the desert, middle of the day, middle of the heat,
  151. you can dehydrate to death in no time.
  152. So that was a break. Why?
  153. To preserve your health.
  154. When you look at the teachings of Islam, you'll find that there is so many breaks
  155. that are designed around prevention
  156. and preservation of your health.
  157. Alhamdulillah, for such a beautiful religion,
  158. the fifth way that is built in Islam
  159. to keep yourself healthy is to always
  160. thank Amar for what he has granted you.
  161. Allah said in the Koran, what is the other than all become let in Khartoum?
  162. Let as he then akombe your lord has declared
  163. that if you are thankful to me, I shall give you more.
  164. If you are healthy and you keep on thanking Allah for your health,
  165. a law will keep you healthy and give you more the other way.
  166. The sixth way of preserving your health
  167. is to make it to have so much to do
  168. in the morning and in the evening when you'll pay attention to avocados.
  169. Saba Hannah cuddled up the prophetic way of Dua and remembrance in the morning
  170. and in the evening you will find in it so much to do for preserving the health.
  171. Alarming only a look a laugh for ALAFIA ja.
  172. I ask you for your forgiveness
  173. and for the state of well-being.
  174. You are a law.
  175. I asked you for the state of well-being in my family, in my wealth, in my health.
  176. These are beautiful to up and the other thing is, if you fall sick,
  177. there's so many dua in the sun that teaches us how to make prayers
  178. and to act, to restore our health to the strength that we had.
  179. I was so much taken when I was reviewing
  180. the DUA about health in the life of the prophets.
  181. On the wireless album that he always used to ask.
  182. A lot. Yeah, a lot.
  183. I don't want to live to an old age to the point where I don't know
  184. what I'm saying.
  185. And I, you know, I don't have my health anymore.
  186. And the other two are a la mama.
  187. Afenifere asthma in our ability. You, Abdon.
  188. You know what, Jalal words I mean one matter in Bihar mafia aeterna.
  189. Yeah.
  190. Allah make us enjoy our health as long as we are alive.
  191. He had also the loss of Lombardy was seldom did not want to go to an age
  192. where people help him
  193. to stand up and sit down and go to the bathroom and this and that.
  194. But sometimes that happens, alhamdulillah.
  195. If it happens, what is the view of Islam on sickness?
  196. When you are sick, you're closer to Allah.
  197. When you are sick, your heart is most the job.
  198. Your prayers are accepted.
  199. When you are sick, a law is with you
  200. and when people visit you, they will find a law with you.
  201. So panel, what's Allah helping you and supporting you?
  202. And they will gain a reward from visiting you.
  203. The Islam does not look down on people who are sick.
  204. It's the other way. It empowers them.
  205. It tells them if you lost some strength, like your physical strength,
  206. you have so much more strength that you can use.
  207. You are closer to Allah.
  208. Your prayers is accepted a lot closer to you.
  209. People who visit you will be rewarded.
  210. A gift with a law and a law will reward you
  211. and elevate your ranks because of that sickness.
  212. I ask a loss penalty.
  213. Add that he makes us from those that use their health in the right way.
  214. How many of us use just because we think we're going to be strong forever?
  215. We end up really doing many destructive things
  216. and that shows that there is no hardness of a law's revelation.
  217. I thank Allah for our health and I ask a lot to keep us all healthy.
  218. I mean, you are a Bellamy.
