1 moment mention “Relationship with Allah”:

  1. As-salamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh and welcome back to Tawasaw series
  2. Your relationship with Allah, for this Ramadan 1446
  3. The biggest question that all Muslims ask
  4. and sometimes people who are not even Muslim, ask why did Allah create me?
  5. Why do I exist?
  6. Because this will determine the relationship between you and Allah SWT
  7. the answer to that question is
  8. the full answer, the full depth and width of this answer, only Allah knows and believe me
  9. when we all Insha'Allah with God's willing
  10. that when we enter heaven on the Day of Judgment Allah will give us the answer and we can comprehend
  11. some of Allah's wisdom in creating us, but He explained the wisdom for us in The Noble Quran
  12. What we can see in The Noble Quran that before the human came into this world
  13. He had created angels and angels don't have a choice. They don't eat, they don't drink, they don't sleep
  14. they don't have a gender, they don't have any of the human needs and they are programmed and coded
  15. to obey Allah SWT all the time
  16. Also, it tells us in the Quran that before the human existed the Jinn existed, the Jinn had the choice to obey or not
  17. to obey
  18. just like the human, but still, there was something missing about the Jinn
  19. and something that Allah did not give them, to the Jinn, that He gave us
  20. It's very clear that Allah gave us two things
  21. one, He blew in us of His essence and that give us an honor this idea of the soul
  22. As I said in a previous episode that Allah SWT in the Quran
  23. explained that He asked the angels to prostrate to Adam in respect after He blew in Adam the spirit, the soul
  24. Allah sees, we see but our seeing is not like Allah at the least
  25. Allah sees but we see but our seeing is very limited, our vision is very limited
  26. Allah SWT
  27. comprehends, we do understand but with a huge difference
  28. Nevertheless, we can understand Allah SWT
  29. So what we can see that Allah gave us a very unique soul and Allah gave us
  30. very unique knowledge and Allah wanted us to choose Him, not by force
  31. but by choice, in Surah Al-Kahf Allah says
  32. (And say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “˹This is˺ the truth from your Lord. Whoever wills let them believe, and whoever wills let them disbelieve.”)
  33. And say the truth is from your Lord
  34. so whosoever desires let him become a believer and whosoever desires let him become a disbeliever
  35. So this is a choice
  36. So it very much clearly looks like Allah SWT give us a soul
  37. knowledge
  38. freedom of will and a choice
  39. If we choose Allah SWT based on all the information that is given to us
  40. we will attain the honor that Allah created us for, with it we will attain
  41. eternity in heaven, which is the wish of the human, every human wishes to stay young forever
  42. no health issues, no financial issues, no relationship issues
  43. no loss of health, wealth, security or loved ones
  44. This is the wish of the human but we clearly are not able to attain this wish in this world
  45. So what inspired us to have this wish?
  46. It's because one day we lived in the back of Adam, in the loins of Adam in heaven
  47. and we sensed that what it feels and what it means to live in the state of peace and happiness
  48. So we always yearn to that
  49. miss that, feel that we belong to that. So that's why Allah SWT has chosen us
  50. and He created us to discover Him. Allah SWT tells us that He
  51. wanted the month of Ramadan to be a month that we gain piety and righteousness
  52. God's consciousness and
  53. Allah said that that consciousness He appreciates
  54. (Neither their meat nor blood reaches Allah. Rather, it is your piety that reaches Him)
  55. To Allah will not reach the flesh or the blood of these animals that you slaughter
  56. but to Allah will reach the piety from you. This is a big deal, what an honor!
  57. Who are we anyway?
  58. What an honor did Allah give us. Allah in The Noble Quran says that He has offered
  59. "Al-Amanah" the responsibility for the skies and the earth and the mountains
  60. they all backed off and did not choose it
  61. but the human carried the responsibility, and if the human carried it, he carried it because he was
  62. qualified, if you and I were not qualified to carry this one
  63. responsibility Allah would have not given it to us and the fact that we here
  64. exist with a mind, a heart, a brain, a deep consciousness
  65. emotional heart, a soul
  66. We are so sophisticated
  67. complicated and we are more than qualified to carry this responsibility of
  68. carrying God's will on earth and that's why Allah created us SWT
  69. Some people spend their life just asking that question and not reaching to a conclusion
  70. Some people reach to the conclusion, seize the moment, take the honor, take the responsibility and move on
  71. That's why in The Noble Quran when the human does not choose that, Allah described the human with two descriptions
  72. (They are truly wrongful ˹to themselves˺ and ignorant ˹of the consequences˺)
  73. Truly the human, if he does not make the right choice, it's out of oppression, aggression again and out of ignorance
  74. and another verse Allah says
  75. (Indeed humankind is truly unfair, ˹totally˺ ungrateful)
  76. Truly the human is an oppressor and ungrateful
  77. Let's look around us
  78. Let's look how much Allah has blessed us. Let's make the right choice and move on with the righteousness, with good deeds
  79. with purity, with piety, with helping and charity
  80. that's the best way to live and
  81. every other way will make you live miserably
  82. depressed
  83. sinking in the holes of
  84. vain and destruction May Allah SWT
  85. help us and inspire us to make the right choice and may Allah honor us by choosing us as
  86. His servants on this planet
  87. Amin ya Rabb Alameen
  88. Wasalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatu Allahi Wa Barakatuh
