Al-Sabeel
Al-Sabeel, Tawasaw Professionals
Faith, purpose and service for professionals. Weekly classes, halaqas and gatherings across the Bay Area.
- What
- Tawasaw inspires a love of learning the Qur’an and the sciences that help us understand and live it, including Hadith, Seerah, and the fiqh of daily practice. We put the emphasis on turning that knowledge into character and identity.
- How
- At Tawasaw, we put a lot of time and energy into making learning a transformative experience. We follow the Prophetic method of Suhbah, companionship and mentorship, where mentors guide, companions support, and faith is practiced, not only taught.
- Why
- To turn every Muslim from a mere listener or viewer into an active participant in building communities that aim for excellence in faith and life.

Tafseerah
Why was this verse revealed at that moment in the Prophet’s ﷺ life? Every Sunday, Tafseerah journeys through the Quran in the order it was revealed, bringing tafseer and seerah together to understand why each revelation came down when it did and what it meant for the Prophet and the people around him. When you see the Quran unfold alongside his life, its message speaks to your own life in a new way.
